It looks like we are continuing the trend of strong homes sales as we move forward into spring.

March was a great month with homes sales up 21% compared to March of 2008. Condos sales were also up 24% compared to March 2008. April was also a very strong month!

April Real Estate Stats

Following are the statistics for real estate listings in Brevard County for April 2009. Also, the number of real estate sales in Brevard County for the same time period.

New Listings Single Family            1028

Sold Listings Single Family             554

New Listings Condos                     265

Sold Listings Condos                      99 

New Listings Townhomes                84

Sold Listings Townhomes                38
