Condo's Sold : 127 - up 35.11% from December 2009

Townhomes Sold : 36 - up  9.09% from December 2009

Highest Sale Price:

Single Family Home : $1,400,000 -no change from December 2009

Condo : $560,000 - down -27.74% from December 2009

Townhome : $485,000 - up -94.00% from December 2009
