Overall, all listings (single family, condo & townhome) increased In February, compared to February 2010, 35.50%. Also in March, compared to March 2010, the increase was 20.13%.

Condo's Sold : 133 - up 84.72% from February 2010

Townhomes Sold : 32 - up  14.29% from February 2010

Single Family Home : $1,285,000 -down -29.59% from February 2010

Condo : $1,025,000 - up -13.89% from February 2010

Townhome : $330,000 - up -58.65% from February 2010

March:

Single Family Homes Sold : 695 - up  16.42% from March 2010

Condo's Sold : 147 - up 28.95% from March2010

Townhomes Sold : 43 - down -14.00% from March 2010

Single Family Home : $1,285,000 -down -32.20% from March 2010

Condo : $1,175,000 - up -30.56% from March 2010

Townhome : $232,000 - down - 9.89% from March 2010
