Here are the July 2010 sales stats compared to July 2009:

The July 2010 numbers:

Single Family Home Sales - 472 - down -27.27% compared to July 2009

Condo Sales - 102 - Up .99% compared to July 2009

Townhome Sales - 23 - down 55.77% compared to July 2009

May 2010 Average Prices:

Single Family Homes - down -12.38% compared to July 2009

Condo - down - 24.68% compared to July 2009

Townhomes - up -  1.51% compared to July 2009

High Sale Prices July 2010:

Single Family: $2,500,000

Condo: $475,000

Townhome: $409,000
