Here are the August 2010 sales stats compared to August 2009:

The August 2010 numbers:

Single Family Home Sales - 465 - down -20.78% compared to August 2009

Condo Sales - 110 - up - 12.24% compared to August 2009

Townhome Sales - 35 - down -10.26% compared to August 2009

August 2010 Average Prices:

Single Family Homes - down -9.73% compared to August 2009

Condo - down - 22.56% compared to August 2009

Townhomes - up -  1.88% compared to August 2009

High Sale Prices May 2010:

Single Family: $1,950,000

Condo: $780,000

Townhome: $410,000
