Single Family Homes Sold : 464 - up  12.08% from January 2010

Condo's Sold : 110 - up 44.74% from January 2010

Townhomes Sold : 24 - down  -22.58% from January 2010

Highest Sale Price:

Single Family Home : $1,800,000 -up 105.71% from January 2010

Condo : $545,000 - up -4.21% from January 2010

Townhome : $242.990 - up -17.96% from January 2010
