Condo's Sold : 118 - up 9.26% from June 2010

Townhomes Sold : 41 - down -28.07% from June 2010

Overall Combined Sold: 800 down 7.51% from June 2010

Year to date 2011 - 2010:

Single Family Home Sales: up 6.47%

Condo Sales: up 31.69%

Townhome Sales:  down -5.95%

All Properties: up 12.05%

Highest Sale Price:

Single Family Home : $866,000 -down - 50.51% from June 2010

Condo : $975,000 - up -88.41% from June 2010

Townhome : $338,000 - down 32.40% from June 2010
