Single Family Homes Sold : 664 - up -.30% from May 2010

Condo's Sold : 129 - up 11.21% from May 2010

Townhomes Sold : 45 - up -7.14% from May 2010

Overall Combined Sold: 840 up 1.69% from May 2010

Year to date 2011 - 2010:

Single Family Home Sales: up 10.86%

Condo Sales: up 35.93%

Townhome Sales:  down -0.51%

All Properties: up 15.97%

Highest Sale Price:

Single Family Home : $2,796,800 -up -36.43% from May 2010

Condo : $420,000 - up -8.26% from May 2010

Townhome : $325,000 - 0.00 from May 2010
