Since the beginning of the year the Brevard County Real Estate Market has picked up steam, proving that it is a good time to buy.

A look at the number of sales of single family homes month to month -

January - 314 single family homes sold

February - 382 single family homes sold

March - 488 single family homes sold

April - 512 single family homes sold

 

On an average, the price of a single family home today is comparable with prices in 2004. Interest rates are still low and with the double homestead exemption and portability of "Save Our Homes" this is a good time to buy!
