What's new in the Melbourne area?

Last night the Melbourne City Council approved the conditional use permit for the building of The Lofts at Waverly in Downtown Melbourne. This exciting project is the beginning of new development in the area. The trend across the country is just this... to reside in an area within an easy walk to shopping, dining and entertainment. It has become a popular lifestyle!

Don't feel like cooking? Or just need to relax and socialize a little? Step out your door to Bella's, Meg O'Malley's or the Foo Bar to name a few.

New Haven Avenue is a Historic District with a lot of ambiance. The Lofts at Waverly is the beginning of improvement on Strawbridge Avenue that will enhance the and beautify the US 192 corridor.

If you haven't been Downtown in a while check it out!

Have questions or need information? Let me know...
