Townhomes Sold : 25 - down -19.35% from November 2009

Highest Sale Price:

Single Family Home : $1,425,000 -down -21.33% from November 2009

Condo : $900,000 - down -40.59% from November 2009

Townhome : $285,000 - up -1.79% from November 2009
