Townhomes Sold : 29 - down -12.12% from October 2009

Highest Sale Price:

Single Family Home : $925,000 -down -53.75% from October 2009

Condo : $590,000 - down -18.62% from October 2009

Townhome : $153,000 - down -49.00% from October 2009
