Overall sales of existing homes were up 16% in March compared to the previous month proving that the buyer's are out there. Compared to the same month a year ago, March 2006, sales were down 15% and price was down 10%. With our strong economy and quality of life Brevard County fared better than 17 of the 19 Florida real estate markets that the Florida Association of Realtors tracks.
