Just reflecting on some thoughts I'd like to share with you!
I have been dealing with the relocation company for the past month or so and I have to say, that their customer service is absolutely atrocious! I had put a call into them on Friday and just got a call back today. These were the people who told me that I should contact them "before" negotiating the offer. Well, evidently, they didn't seem the need to call back that quickly.
It occurred to me, that after speaking with them, how different you handle clients (and now even more, a friend) than they do. Corporate America could definitely learn a lesson from seeing you conduct business. You are very prompt and courteous and very much a professional!
I just thought I would let you know that is indeed a pleasure having you as an agent and friend. In a world where people have a lot of negative things to say about customer service, I wanted to pay the compliment when it is very much due!

You did it again! Thanks for the suggestions in getting the house ready for sale. It really paid off. Every time you have sold a house for me you have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I really appreciate everything you do.
